1/8 Beef Bundle – Sold Out

$529.00

Hey y’all! Thanks for your support AND patience!

This listing reserves your bundle.  Beef will start shipping in early November and orders will go out in the order they are received.

The 1/8 th bundle is approximately 40 lbs

This is a great size for family of 2 and it will take up around 80% of a standard freezer.

This is not the best choice if you are looking for lots of steaks.  For the most steaks we suggest the half or whole cow where you can customize your cuts.

Beef is dry aged for 14 days before vacuum sealing.

Bundles will vary slightly in exact numbers of each cut but will consist of 20-25% steaks, 25-35% roasts, stew meat and short ribs, and 40-50% ground beef

Cuts may include :

    • Ribeye
    • Filet
    • Sirloin
    • NY Strip
    • Beef Ribs
    • Brisket
    • Flank Steak
    • Skirt Steak
    • Stew Meat
    • A variety of roast cuts
    • Ground Beef

If you choose a pick up option over shipping we will contact you to coordinate a time and place.  This is our first rodeo, and we don’t fully know what we’re doing, but we promise you will get your beef!

our beef:

✓ Improves Soil

Healthy soil is full of life!  Microbes, insects, and fungi work together to break down organic matter, creating nutrients for the plants. Healthy soil also absorbs more water, reducing runoff and making land more drought resistant.

✓ Is Nutrient Dense Food

Those healthy soils we talked about? They grow nutrient-dense plants which our cattle spend their life consuming, resulting in a highly nutritious product.  A lifetime spent on pasture means our cows rarely get sick. We never use antibiotics, chemical treatments, or growth hormones on our cows.

✓ Enhances the Habitat

Our practices improve biodiversity and support the reintroduction of native plant species.

✓ Supports your local Farmer

Eating locally not only supports small farmers but also reinvests in your community, improves the food security of your area, and is more environmentally friendly.  Buying direct from your farmer cuts out the middle man, giving you better quality beef for your money and allowing farmers to make a livable wage.

✓ Improves Ecosystem Services

Our practices allow the cow performs its role in the carbon cycle and sequester carbon back into the soil through organic matter.  Over time this improves the soil’s water-holding capacity.  When it rains, instead of running off, the water percolates through the soil, naturally filtering through the ground and eventually feeding back into our watershed.
